Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- ¼ cup (30g) diced white onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ cup (30g) red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup (32g) dry Spanish chorizo, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) package A Dozen Cousins Cuban Black Beans
- 1 (8 ounce) package A Dozen Cousins Sea Salt Bone Broth Rice
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Preparation
- Place the oil, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and chorizo in the Anyday dish and stir to combine. Cover with lid (knob lifted) and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables have softened.
- Add the A Dozen Cousins Cuban Black Beans, Sea Salt Bone Broth Rice, and cumin and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve.
