Momofuku Miso Cacio e Pepe Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- ¾ cup (200ml) water
- 1 pack Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
Preparation
- Place oil, butter, miso and black pepper in the Anyday and cover with lid (knob lifted). Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the butter is melted and the miso is lightly caramelized.
- Add the water, sauce packet, black pepper, and stir to combine. Add the noodles.
- Cook uncovered for 5-6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
- Serve immediately with extra parmesan, if desired.
Serving suggestions & tips
- Sprinkle some fresh parmesan or pecorino for extra umami.
- Drizzle some balsamic vinegar at the end for a tangy touch.
- Squeeze some fresh lemon juice before service to brighten up the flavor.
