Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon vegetable oil
- ½ cup (60g) onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (1.8 ounce) Omsom Korean Spicy Bulgogi Starter
- ¾ lb (340g) pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- Toasted sesame seeds (Optional)
- Cooked white rice, for serving
Preparation
- Add the oil and onion into a clean Anyday and cover with lid (knob lifted). Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the onion has softened.
- Place the thinly sliced pork and Omsom Korean Spicy Bulgogi Starter in the Anyday and mix well. Continue cooking for 4-5 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the onions have become tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve with white rice and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
Serving suggestions & tips
- You may substitute pork with beef, or chicken.
- Use diced firm tofu for a vegetarian dish.
- Top with green onion, cilantro, bean sprouts and other crisp vegetables like cucumber and carrot.
- Cover with lid (knob in closed position) and marinate overnight in the Anyday dish for best results.
