Shrimp Scampi
Light, lemony, and garlicky, this classic prawn scampi pulls double duty as both an easy weeknight meal or dinner party-worthy centerpiece. Tender prawns are sauteed in a simple sauce of white wine, butter, and garlic, with red pepper flakes and cayenne for an extra kick. Serve alone, atop al dente pasta, or with crusty bread.
All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwaves and home kitchens to make sure they work — and work well.
