Easy "Baked" Brie
This festive, crowd-pleasing appetizer is ready in less than 5 minutes with the help of the microwave! Anyday’s silicone-lined lid creates the perfect melt on this ‘baked’ brie, no pre-heating required. Top with your favorite seasonal jam, or see our serving suggestions below.

Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) wheel brie cheese
Preparation
- Using a sharp knife, score the top of the cheese in a grid pattern. This will allow the cheese to melt evenly and keep its shape.
- Place the brie in the Anyday Dish and cover with lid (knob lifted).
- Cook for 1:30-2 minutes, or until the cheese is soft when gently pressed.
- Allow to rest 10-15 seconds. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or veggies.
Serving suggestions & tips
- Fig & Walnut: In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup fig spread, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon lemon zest. Spread jam mixture over the brie before cooking and proceed with Step 3.
- Spicy Peach: In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup peach jam, 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes, and 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Spread jam mixture over the brie before cooking and proceed with Step 3.
- To re-warm the cheese, cover with lid (knob lifted) and microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
- Microwave ovens vary, even with the same wattages. Adjust cooking times as needed.
