Corn on the Cob
You might be used to preparing corn on the grill, but steaming locks in more nutrients and preserves each kernel's juiciness. Whether you like your corn topped with butter, parmesan, cheese, or something else (see Serving Suggestions for inspiration), it's a choose-your-own adventure with this summertime staple.

Ingredients
- 1 ear of corn
- Salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon butter, optional
Preparation
- Remove husks and silk from the corn. Rinse under cold water and cut each ear of corn in half.
- Place the corn halves in the Anyday dish and splash with a few drops of cold water. Season corn with a pinch of salt and butter if desired. Cover with the lid (knob lifted).
- Cook in the microwave for 4-5 minutes or until corn is tender.

- Butter, za'atar seasoning, and lime juice
- Butter, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder
