Deviled Eggs
Creamy and tangy with a bit of spice, these party favorites will never go out of style. (You might even call them devilishly good!) We add a bit of lemon juice to the filling to complement the spiciness of the mustard and hot sauce.
All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwaves and home kitchens to make sure they work — and work well.

Ingredients
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoons mayo
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt, as needed
- Black pepper, as needed
- Paprika, as needed
Preparation
- Follow our recipe for hard-boiled eggs.
- After the eggs have cooled completely, peel and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and transfer them to a separate bowl. Place the whites on a serving plate with the cavity side up.
- Add the remaining ingredients into the bowl with the yolks and mix until a smooth paste is formed. Fill each egg white cavity with some of the yolk mixture with a spoon. If desired, transfer the filling to a piping bag for a neater look.
- Top with a sprinkle of paprika and enjoy.
Serving suggestions & tips
- Add relish to the mixture for a tang.
- Substitute half of the yolks with avocado for a silky, lighter dish.
- Top with crispy bacon or crispy shallots for crunch and flavor.
- Microwave ovens vary, even with the same wattages. Adjust cooking times as needed.
