Vietnamese-Style Fish
Cod is tender and perfectly cooked when steamed in the microwave. We love topping it with a tangy Vietnamese-inspired vinaigrette and serving it with rice noodles.
All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwaves and home kitchens to make sure they work — and work well.
